Each day includes:
- A 1 minute reflection on how the day went. The hope is that by the end of the month iA, kids recognize that it does get easier.
- A 2 – 5 minute mindfulness exercise. This is deliberately NOT a gratitude exercise. These exercises are designed to help the child focus on being present in their prayer
